Electrocoin Aftersales is a subsidiary company within the Electrocoin group of companies and is situated in Cardiff, South Wales. The company was formed specifically to support our manufacturing and sales companies within the amusement & gaming machine industry. We specialize in maintaining and supporting all Electrocoin manufactured machine products for both the U.K. and International market.

We are a small business with a permanent workforce of just fourteen personnel who cover every aspect of the day-to-day running of the company. Our Sales Office and Credit Control departments deal with all administration and finance enquiry matters including sales and purchasing. Our office systems revolve around a SAGE based state-of-the-art accounting and Management Information System.

Our technical refurbish and repair department, handles technical support enquiries and all repair items ranging from PCB`s to complete machines.We also run a modem BBS for software and technical updates that can be downloaded. This service is available to new or old customers and is provided free of charge.

Our stores / goods-in department handle all deliveries & collections of both standard parcels & machinery. To manage our comprehensive stock of an ever changing product range, this department rigorously maintains our Stock Management Systems. We have up to 2500 stock line items, mainly of Electrocoin parts varying from AWP & SWP to Video machine items from machines manufactured under license with ourselves.

We also hold exclusive stock of Stern Pinball spares as we are the sole UK distributor.
